- NOW YOU KNOW THE PRICE TO PAY
Last week, SaSa did something very foolish. Or, should I say ate something very foolish. She dug out a packet of fun-sized pack m&m and finished the whole packet while we left the car! I zipped my bag ok. She went to unzipped it. she even took out a packet of tissue paper to wipe her messy fur full of chocolate. smart.
I immediately called her vet but they were closed at 9pm but she recommended to go to joyous vet which closes at 10pm so we rushed there. she was classified as emergency and the vet took her in without having to queue. she flush her with concentrated salt water cos this will make her puke. But, everytime she wanted to puke, she will swallow back. disgusting. So, the vet mixed a more concentrated solution and this time round... she puke all the chocolate out until her discharge was clear. thereafter, she went for drip to replenish all the h20 lost.
The vet even mentioned that she would lose her appitite and mood to play tonight. However, once we reached home, she started begging for food and ate more than usual. play harder than usual. haha.
I hope she remembers she had a hard time on the vet's table trying to puke all her mischef out.
